Meet the Team: Getting to Know Navi

My role involves managing the accounts of our existing clients, as well as generating new business.

What experience did you have before joining SMS?

Most of my experience has been in sales, both during and after university, with my more recent experience focused on B2B sales. This involves a more consultative approach, which I find particularly rewarding as it allows me to understand each customer’s business needs and provide tailored solutions, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy the level of personal responsibility I have for the accounts I manage. My role is centred around customer success, so resolving inbound queries, offering advice where I can and providing customers with options from our directory of services are all important aspects of maintaining those relationships. These are also responsibilities that I particularly enjoy.

What do you think makes SMS different from other providers?

It’s the level of support that comes with becoming an SMS client. While ticketing systems are a standard feature across the industry, the care and attention our support team dedicate to each case really stands out. The team has extensive experience navigating the ever-changing tech and IT landscape, and their time at SMS has allowed them to build long-standing relationships with many clients. Many of these clients are more than happy to sing the praises of Chris and Martin.
