1. The prize draw is open to users of SMS MS 365 products aged 18 or over. 
  2. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. 
  3. To enter, participants must complete the specified Microsoft 365 daily challenge during the competition period and any additional entry requirements communicated for that challenge. 
  4. Each completed challenge earns one entry into the weekly prize draw. Only one entry per user per week. 
  5. Weekly entries close at 11:59 pm on the final day of each challenge week. Entries received after this time will be included in the following week's challenge only if applicable. 
  6. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 
  7. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided or through their organisation within seven days of the draw. 
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items. 
  9. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
  10. The organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary. 
  11. The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
  12. By entering, participants agree that the organiser may use their name, organisation and a winner announcement for promotional purposes unless prohibited by their employer. 
  13. Personal information will only be used for administering the competition and contacting winners and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 
  14. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
